The tgb cheat code unlocks early furrier mode , speedrun mode and background selection.

Just follow those  combos and  it should open :

DPadUp, DPadDown, DPadLeft, DPadRight, LeftTrigger, RightTrigger, LeftBumper, RightBumper

(NOTE - that it works only on Joystick. It doesnt matter if its PC or   playstation. You need joystick)
