I have no idea why, but I cannot see any refund guides and especially, free gift cards. I usually buy games from steam. But recently, I purchased the latest version of GTA, and it didn’t work for me. I’ve checked my PC requirements, and my computer was even more powerful than the minimum requirements for the game. Obviously, it made me angry, especially after waiting for so long and paying real money for this game instead of downloading a cracked version. I tried to run this game, but nothing worked, and I wanted to get my money back. Luckily, I found step by step instructions on refund on steam. At least I’ve got my money back, but I’m upset because I can’t play the game.
