Kinda patches
1. You need to Verify your country by makeing a pament in that country (Ye steam is good now)
2. You cant Gift yourself games from country cheap ass countries

I did like 2 weeks ago
You can still create a new acc with that country vpn
but it ya wanna change the main acc country then you need to do a payment while connected to that country
