Basically, 2-3 weeks ago, I found a guy who does PP -> BTC with a cheap 15% Fee, I've succesfully traded x3 times with him and everything went smoooooooth.

2 Days ago, I dmmed him again and asked to change 1k$ PP -> BTC with a cheap 12% Fee, when I paid, he went offline for 2 days already, ;/

1 account is "smurf"
second account is main.
and I think he sent money from smurf to main so if you chargeback or do something via contacting PayPal then he will not lose the money and why the fuck you went first? haha
