Did you rename it to .dll?

Yes, exactly what i did. Then added it in toolbox items to easy use.

and how you activate it for me it shows Your activation window has timed out

When the activation popup appears, up the windows of the popup, you'll see a 10 seconds countdown, and that's it, when the countdown finish, you can close it and use the framework, full.

Guna2Panel works but almost all other stuff not like buttons or something like that
Project is VB with Net. 4.8
