Ok so i have used this quite a few times and its too easy.
Buy a used PS4 from Game or other major electrical store they come with a 1 year guarantee, obviously check the stores guarantee on used consoles before you buy. (you can keep this PS4 or resell)
Buy a broken PS4 from Ebay for cheap put it in your working consoles box take the broken console and box with receipt back and they will on the spot exchange the console for another working one without any serial number checks. They do a hardware check to make sure the console is broke.
Go home sell working console buy another broken one
Rinse and repeat.
Easy $100 + each time minimum depending on how much you buy a broken one for.
