Did you personally book any hotels from them, with the credits? It seems like they are scamming and do not let those credits to be used :) Every time it says payment failed

I have my own method, but hopper itself is a scam :) you can't use the credits to book a hotel, just bumps you into a payment error

I have my own method, but hopper itself is a scam :) you can't use the credits to book a hotel, just bumps you into a payment error

do u have a service? some vouches?
