Get someones cookies/control of their computer with Chrome

Hey guys, I went through an ugly breakup and my ex owes me a lot of money which I don't have prove off, but would be able to get if I could access her Whatsapp. I've got her Google Account (aka can login into her chrome) and her old phone is also still here (no sim so no whatsapp). Is there a way to get her web.whatsapp.com cookies or a chrome extension I could see her screen with/control her pc to get access to her whatsapp? Any ideas/help will be appreciated.

Have you tried putting a random sim in there and seeing if whatsapp will let you in?

Tried, doesnt work. Pretty sure the whatsapp account is linked to a number, not a phone.

Try to see if she still using her sim, if not you can buy that number ,if no one using it and verify WhatsApp, or just try to get otp through SI,
WhatsApp ask otp for reverification if used new device or new sim.
Or send some metasploitale pdf with back door to read her SMS.
