As an opsec geek, I've heard of these before. The biggest issue I've found is that nobody can prove any of these claims whatsoever.
The only way this could be properly anonymized is if the sim connected to a random tower, then used data to connect to a voip server in russia that encrypted and spoofed caller id. From there you're hoping nobody can hit the russian server. Even if this setup was the case, none of the providers can prove that they do this and it's all closed source.
Seems like a honeypot to me.

Seems like a honeypot to me. If you've heard of the Encro or Sky busts which took place , a number of the users were also in possession of these sims, none of which were breached. Ask around you'll hear the same, I personally know people in possession, and I was also selling these sims at the time and not a single person was breached.
Got to remember these sims have a function to not broadcast IMEI and a switchable IMSI. Your only vouch to these is either testing to get in yourself or the test of time, these sims have been around for many years and not a single one breached.

Understood sir, but most privacy savvy users will likely want to audit this. This is the only issue I can see with your project :)

We accept middleman if you wish.
Got plenty of customers, I never ask where they found me because people usually purchase this product for security reasons, asking too much questions is in neither of our interest.
