A method I've been doing to get skins from cracked accounts. Been doing this for about 6 months now. Never banned or revoked. 

I usually go through a list of hits, usually from flawless. I look for accounts that have refunds as well as 200+ RP.

About 50% of the time they'll have recently bought 1350+ skins. I add myself, wait 24 hours. Refund right before gifting myself super early in the morning or super late so that there's less chance of logging in while they're on.

After gifting myself. I log back onto my account. Accept all gifts. Log back onto the cracked accounts and clear all notifications.

This method does work, however be careful when sending skins. They could remove the skins from ur acc, it happened to my buddy a few times never banned tho. LOOT BOXES are the best tho
