I had the same problem two years ago. But then I found SMS-Man. It has helped me to get an Google Voice phone number. I'm not sure if it provides this service at the moment though.

I also needed a Google Voice number but I couldn't find it anywhere, by the way, there are many sites on Google. You can search how to get Google voice number, then many sites will come in front of you.
