Got scammed 78$ by @cuando while i was paypal holding

Additional Information: so i was paypal holding for him, suddenly paypal holded some money because i hit over 2k a month, so @Cuando fired me and suddenly all his customers started refunding theyre money, so i got i nminus. sadly i dont have more proof since the chats are in my banned discord account. Ps; k used my real docs and info for the paypa account.

He got over 127$ on hold then I stopped dealing with him then; the deal was when the balance realize, he would send me my money, and I will pay him
one day he told me that the balance was -126$ like how could I trust that? Then he tells me the balance is 0, and he has - 50$. Where is my 127$ hold 
And now - 77$ and 0 of my balance < I should open a scam report on him 
I want my 127$ first back; then I will refund your - balance
