Sending private message on Shoutbox

When we open Cracked.to for the first time, you will see always the Shoutbox here. You are free to talk to everyone since you respect the rules.
 Now, let's imagine you want to send a private message to @Am1nol. We will press right click on his name and it will show two options @ (for quote) / W (for whisper). We will press on W and write something like "you're gay". Only @Am1nol we will see that message on shoutbox. 

Fast edit thread's name

Cracked.to has amazing function where you can edit really fast thread's name. For example:


If you want to edit the name, you have to click and hold, after that you write the new name for thread.


And it's done, your thread's name will be changed. This is only possible if thread is created by you.

How to write user's name on shoutbox

You don't need to be always writting @Teken for example, you can simply just click on user's profile picture on shoutbox and it will do automatic for you

Cracked.to groups

Probably you already noticed there are many users with different colours, they're different groups.

How to use signature/profile picture on Cracked.to

All members can use signature and profile picture. If you don't know how to do that, you need to go to Usercp. 



And after you will see "Change Signature" / "Change Avatar", if you want to pick avatar it's easy since you need to upload image from your computer or you can use the url image.

To use a signature, you will have to upload the image 1st on image hoster, for example, imgur.com. 



You choose the image you want to upload, after that it will upload and show something like this:



Now, with your mouse, you click on right button and you copy the url of image.
Now we go to UserCP and "Change Signature", you will see a lot of buttons but you have to click on "Insert Image"



After this, you will click the button " Enable my signature in all of my existing posts." Then you press "insert" and after that "upload signature". And you will have your signature :)

Credits

Credits are basically for donate to other members for their hard job. Or you can buy awards for yourself or gamble them.

How to donate credits

Let's imagine you want to donate 5 credits to thank their hard job. We go here:

Now you will have to write the member you want to donate, how many credits you want to donate and the reason. For example, 
I will donate @floraiN, 5 credits for releasing cracked.to and for his amazing job with this community.





Now @floraiN will have + 5 credits :)

How to create threads

Let's imagine you want to talk about League of Legends, so we will go to this section, https://cracked.to/Forum-League-of-Legends, now you will see a button "New Thread", you will press on that button.



Now, you will have to give a subject to thread and write a text, for example:



Then you will have a button in the end of page "Post thread" and your thread will be created and others users will see and answer!

Giving reputation to users

Reputation is basically a way to tell if the user is a good guy and trusted. You only can give reputation if you had trades with him or he helped! You can give positive / neutral / negative reputation. For example, I will give negative reputation to @Teken because he refused to help me. We will go to his profile, then we have to click where says "Rate"



It will open a window asking you how many points do you want to give and the reason.

How to add GIF Profile Picture

So, if you want to add an GIF profile picture, you can use it, but remember the max size is  150x150, and the maximum file size is 500kb ! ! ! 

So let's say the GIF you want to use doesn't have that size, you can always resize the image using this website:
 http://resizeimage.net/

You press on button "Upload image"  and choose the image you want. After that, just go to the section "Resize Image" and change the values to 175x175



After that, just press on the button "RESIZE IMAGE" and then "VIEW IMAGE" and save the image, right click on image and then "save the image"

Now, you just need to go to "Avatar" 


And upload the new image! ;)
