[HELP] Getting apis a site uses

So, I am wanting to make a little twitch tool for myself. But I can not seem to get any of the APIs twitch uses when creating an account, posting messages, following and so on. I have seen someone do a tool like this in python but hes being big gae and won't share me the APIs. 

Did anyone get any tutorials or help on how to? Tried the dev console as well as fiddler and HTTP debugger no luck tho.

"easy" way
using the normal twitch website and a automated chrome browser with https://www.twitch.tv/signup
that link will open the signup page directly
try to detect the captcha and try to solve it, or just be lazy and open a popup for your help

hard way
find some kind of app that is clearly not using the web browser to create a account, or just skipping the captcha bit
insert a proxy in between and start capturing traffic
you would probably need to find a way to do a SSL mitm attack with a custom root cert and find a way to get it trusted on the device with the custom app\api

figure out how to EXACTLY replicate ALL of the requests it makes, and then you have the special custom api, that might break in a week

p.s. don't forget to use a bunch of proxies
