TAG is The displayed name given to the target in the main panel
Application name is the name it will be displayed as when promoted to install 
name accessibility service is the name it will display when asking for accessibility permissions
URL Admin panel is the ip address that the rat will connect to
last two are self explanatory
example : 
tag : victime A
application name : critical service
name accessibility service : System_UI
URL : xxxx.ddns.net (no-ip)

Thanks man, it's anubis 7.0 android rat. That builder is kinda weird tbh, not buildint itself that's the problem :/ but thank you for the explanation that helped me :)

Glad i helped, i see WH-CyberSecurity released a new version of it , cant wait till someone cracks it ; android rats really are evolving these days.
