Hello, had an eBay Dell refund failed. Bought two laptops through guest checkout and a month later, account was suspended and the refund case was closed. I've tried contacting support numerous times and have just tried to play dumb. Is there anything else I can do to get the money back? Or if anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it. Thinking of a credit card chargeback with the FTIDs but would that be risky?

How have you paid your order? Paypal or CC? If merchant doesn't want to communicate with you, chargeback would be the way.

The only thing left to do is a chargeback, if you used Paypal on checkout it's easy to get a refund, otherwise you need to go directly to your bank

CC unfortunately. Looking at chargeback as a last resort. Thanks guys
