HOW I LOST 2000$ ON coinchange.to/

Long story short I tried to exchange 2000$ worth of busd into LTC, I sent 1998$ by mistake then I saw the order is not going and I send another 5$ to make sure its enough and I only receive 4.80$ from the 5$ exchange, I know I can probably get my money back but I contacted support and I've had no reply for 22 hours.

Support is so bad, that they don t have active staff. Hopefully, I will get my money back.
