If you're trying to do it within a certain niche category then find a user that is in your niche and then follow the users following him. Once you reach a goal then you can unfollow all that you have followed.

​​Oh you want to do it manually? Well you're not cool if you do it manually. No seriously, it might be safer but.. it isn't you're more likely to get your account banned doing it manually if you have no clue what you're doing. You can't just go ahead spamming and following people without expecting to get restricted if not BANNED by the service.
 
Oh you want to do it automatically? You're in luck, they're plenty of threads that other people have made here at nulled that you can go ahead and try. I prefer using "Gram Multitool" for Instagram because it's probably the most user friendly and easiest to use from what I've seen. There are some for twitter and other platforms on this site as well but YOU NEED TO KNOW what the limit restrictions for following/unfolloinwg on the service you want to use. (i.e So if you want to use twitter, type in google "twitter follow restrictions" - Instagram? "Instagram follow restrictions" and so on)

                                       Now, if you are able to do all of this on multiple accounts you can surely receive 4,000+ followers daily. You just need to put in little to no effort!
