Alright so I've been reading threads here for some time now and learned few new things. I would like to contribute to the forum by sharing what I can for now..
It's windows activator, I tested it with Windows 10 on my VM and it worked pretty fast and even without a reboot.. no idea about 7 or 8.
How to use:
Turn down the volume on your PC as it is going to play some sketchy beats as you turn it on.
Turn off Windows Defender or any kind of AV (it's not mine, you should test it on a VM like I did!)
Run the Activator.exe
Press the round red button at the bottom
Now your "Activate Windows" will be gone. That's it.
For mods: The file is not mine. I only tested it on a VM with my defender turned off. Didn't notice anything weird after all.
Test it on a VM!
The file is being detected as a dropper - of info I got from the site I got it from it's because it will download the actually working license and if that doesn't work it will just download another.
