handle deal disputes in order of creation dates, no one wants RNG when a staff will respond or if they even will respond. And if that was the case I’d guarantee the staff would be spammed less in PM and telegram. I’ve sent multiple messages to darkness and liars on telegram and liars responded a couple times saying he will handle my deal disputes but didn’t and then I sent a pm on cracked which he read but still didn’t respond or handle my deal dispute and I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks now. It’s just really frustrating and if I knew that my deal disputes was in queue to get dealt with I wouldn’t even message any staff to take a look at it. Also people would generally be happier. Especially cus no one likes seeing someone else make a deal dispute and get a response from staff 3 hours later when urself have been waiting weeks without a reply.
