Has anyone been banned for Steam region switching?

Hi,

For about 2 years now I have had my steam region switched to whatever the cheapest is, starting with Argentina and now Turkey. 

I hear that Steam terminate accounts that abuse this, but I have never had an issue. -- Has anyone had any experience with this? I top up with either wallet codes or marketplace sales. 

Be very curious to know, I have over 1000 games on steam and it's my main account so contemplating switching back.

I have an account with few games on argentina, personally I did not got banned yet
