Hello I am trying to make a mass mailer with PHPMailer. I wanted a script that could rotate between multiple stmp servers and could not find any programs that supported that so decided I would try to make my own. I was hoping someone could help me figure out why my script is not working. I am getting an error saying could not connect to STMP Host. Yes the servers are working and formatted properly.
