Help Upgrading My Laptop

Hey I'm trying to figure out how to upgrade my girlfriends laptop to windows 11 because some reason she can't even use bluetooth anymore.

Laptop: HP 15 - f272wm

i have same issue sometime my bluetooth get disappread in windows 10 . whole on off icon goes disappread.

What type of laptop do you have?

I purchased that online : ASUS ROG STRIX GAMING LAPTOP , i started getting issues like wifi adapter suddenly get disappread and later i got 1 more issue crackling sound suddenly my speaker damage now..and now bluetooth issue , right now it working fine i dont know how it come back magic , only damage is my speaker...a small kid throw an object to my laptop it hit little bit but later i found sound crackling ..
