Help needed with converting

Hey crypto guys, you obviously know 100x more then me in the crypto scene, I need help as the title says too, I need a method to convert my crypto (Mainly ltc) converted to paypal or debit card even, I need a safe way, I don't like to use third party exchangers cuz there's always a chance you will get fucked I've lost like 200$ already from fake exchangers, so yeah Let me know if you can help my dms are open or simply just reply to this thread, thanks!

Just work with reputable exchangers, make sure they're sending you the paypal balance as friends and family using paypal balance, as card can be charged back. There are plenty exchangers that are reputable enough that they won't scam you on those amounts.

There is NO other opsec safe way to do this, and even this just prevents you from being investigated by exchanges and having your accounts terminated.
