So, I'm getting new PC parts in next week, but I don't have a GPU to go with them...
I'm getting an i7-9700k, 16gb 3200mhz DDR4 ram, and a Z390 chipset motherboard.

This is a huge issue, as I have quite literally no money to buy a graphics card, and I don't have any extra. Is there anyone that can possible assist me in getting a GPU? I don't care if it's legal or not, I just really need a new GPU and I'm desperate.

Thank you. Fiesta

Get a job.
Or, go to the money category.

As another user suggested, if you're really tight on money you could always use the motherboard graphics to power the PC until you can afford a proper graphics card.

To extend off of what previous members said, run integrated graphics through your CPU. Unless you're hell-bent on playing heavy duty games or streaming, be patient when it comes to selecting the correct GPU for your system. If I were you, I'd start checking NewEgg every day for limited time deals on video cards. Tons of money to be saved with that website - patience is a virtue my friend! Good luck!
