Help with decryption (.lua)

I just got my hands on this .lua file which seems to have some sort of encryption to it. Do any of you know how I'd go about decrypting it?

The paste appears to have expired, but based purely on what you've said, if the file was encrypted, I'd say you're basically out of luck unless it was encrypted with an insecure algorithm or you can find the key.
