Help with removing MDM from SM T867V samsung tablet

I have a tablet I picked up from someone off the street and it has Knox mdm on it. I cant reset the tablet nor can I get past the password on the homescreen.
Can get to recovery mode and download mode but that's it.

I have the stock firmware but havent had any success.
Anyone with some knowledge care to help guide me?

Flashing it would be your only option all data is lost but its worth it I guess

I am more than willing to flash and lose everything on it but I'm not sure which flashing route to take .
Would flashing with the ap file do it?
