Im trying to se zalando and they sent me a declaration on my own responsibility. Should i do the declaration? I bought a pair of shoes 2 t shirt and a pair of socks. And im trying to se the shoes and i told them that i received the shoe box but the shoes were missing. They asked me to send them a photo of the inside of the box should i send them a photo with the paper still inside the box or not? And should i sign the declaration or not. Thanks in advance
