Hide threads that have been voted with a certain number of users as not working or infecting, especially for threads that have external links, this helps keep sub forums fresh.

I second this, soooo many old threads that are outdated or not working at all. Either this or maybe unless they are voted as working at least once every 2-3 months they'll go into an archive of older threads. Could do both I guess. Or could also hide threads that haven't been visited/updated/whatever by the creator in so many months.
