Retarded fucker. My exact sentence is as follow

"Hi, I can refund anything that has an exploitable vector in it's terms/policies that does not requires verbal communication."

Fucking idiot asked me to refund a police report and deleted the chat. Your ignorance will constrain your business, stay within your little circle kid.

Above context's explanation.

Any refunds must be based on either

1. Terms or policies of the store that promises a partical or full returned payment based on certain conditions.

2. You have sufficient history for your account to be deemed as a legitmate buyer (For warrenty, it's another story not familiar with that shit I just have fund with amazon)

3. Your digital fingerprint such as IP, language, timezone etc are not detected as anomalities during your contact with the customer support if it's via the web's platform.

4. Your tone and convincing capabilities to describe your problem as something that indirectly refers to their "refunding conditions" stated in terms/policy without actually sounding like you know their terms, but as someone frustrated, annoyed or just have a general tone since it's common practice for richer people to stay polite.

5. Most site will ask to do a replacement usually, elsewise you can ask for money back to your payment method, or maybe giftcard w/e depending on the sites features.

Good luck with your business.
