"If get limited I would not be responsible!" So if the account gets locked with 400€ on it, you won't ask for them? Because you said you are not responsible for the limit, so PayPal holders are not responsible for money you lost because of auto shoppy shop :)

Yes as it is if money gets limited I will not ask them for smooth I always cashout frequently as a precaution, but in case it gets limited with money then It's my loss and Nvm I have got a Paypal holder so Closing now

I don't see why would anyone take the risk of losing their paypal account for 80$ per month only
