Blockchain/crypto related Telegram community moderator

We are looking for a Telegram community moderator to support the day-to-day communication with community of blockchain related projects.

Tasks:
 

1. Instant reply to direct messages.
   
2. Send out/pin announcements.
   
3. Deal with queries in the channel on a timely manner.
   
4. Resolve issues/difficult discussions.
   
5. Maintain positive and engaged tone of communication.
   
6. Maintain ongoing interaction and initiate discussions with the community members.
   
7. Control and/or remove inappropriate messages.
   

Requirements:
 

1. Experience in online community moderation is welcomed but not mandatory.
   
2. Experience working in the blockchain/crypto industry or high knowledge level of crypto, blockchain, DeFi, markets.
   
3. Basic understanding of how crypto communities operate and communicate.
   
4. High to native level of English.
   
5. Work on a flexible schedule on weekdays and/or weekends.

We are looking for qualified social media strategists for blockchain related projects

Tasks:
 

1. Analyze clients strengths/weaknesses/opportunities/threats in terms of social media
   
2. Marketing and communication.
   
3. Analyze and assess current client’s needs and targets.
   
4. Set KPIs and objectives.
   
5. Design and implement social media strategies with primary focus on Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Medium, LinkedIn.
   
6. Design and implement social media plans and content calendars according to the predefined strategy.
   
7. Collaborate and coordinate with graphic designers, account/project managers, copywriters.
   
8. Delegate tasks and responsibilities according to the social media marketing strategy.
   
9. Use social media marketing tools for better performance and optimization.
   
10. Track metrics and analyze performance.
    
11. Design and deliver social media reports to the client.
    

Requirements:
 

1. Experience as a social media strategist or a similar role.
   
2. Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and understanding of their mechanisms
   
3. Experience working in the blockchain/crypto industry or high level of understanding of crypto, blockchain, DeFi, crypto markets.
   
4. Basic understanding of how crypto communities operate and communicate.
   
5. Be on track with the current trends in the crypto space.
   
6. High to native level of English.

We are looking for a social media manager for blockchain related projects.

Tasks:

1. Design and implement content for social medias (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Medium)
   
2. Hands on social media to increase awareness and followers - research, follow and interact with profiles, groups and company pages.
   
3. Respond to followers' comments, messages and mentions in a timely manner.
   
4. Collaborate and coordinate with social media strategies, graphic designer, account/project manager, copywriter.
   
5. Stay up-to-date with current trends in the blockchain and crypto space, be active and share/post in a timely manner hype and trendy news.
   
6. Suggest and implement new tactics and techniques for brand awareness.
   
7. Monitor social media metrics.
   

Requirements:
 

1. Experience as a social media manager or similar role.
   
2. Excellent up-to-date knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram and their specifications.
