Hi everyone, I hope you are all good and well.
 
I am once again hiring. I will be needing someone who is creative and solution based thinking.
I am offering trial periods of less than a day to complete certain tasks and test the person. After that I am looking to hire 5 full time VA's paying between £5-£15 per hour and opportunities to become a partner and involved with my other projects where I pay more + commission.

i use to work  with a guy on hotel bookings so i was working with word press doing hotels ... im not good at photoshop but i use to design some logos in past social media they are my thing all of them i sue to work with them promoting lot of stuff and increasing like followers it was a second job too ....  yess i used to post on forums it was for promotion yes i have good experience about promotions and communication with clients

I was also in the same situation as you. I was hiring myself for a company that wants me to do much more than others do for the same amount of money. I got anxious about it and quit. After a while, I decided to try myself in remote qa testing jobs as a specialist in It support. First, that company checked my skills and offered a training course to lift my knowledge. After a month, I understand that my decision was right, and now I am working up to 5 hours per day and earning much more than at previous work. I suggest paying attention to your salary comparing how much you have to do for it.

Now there are many vacancies for remote work, which is really great, but unfortunately, my profession profile doesn't allow me to work remotely, so I have to look for vacancies near me, and there aren't so many of them.
