Hello, everyone. Unfortunately, I don't have the opportunity to go to the gym right now and have to train at home. Therefore, I would love to learn about new training methods and read recommendations on this topic. Although I consider myself a pretty experienced athlete, you always need to be open to new things. I used to almost live in the gym, tried all possible training techniques, sports supplements ranging from proteins and amino acids to HGH. I even won prizes in powerlifting competitions. It was a great journey.
