I am wondering about this bitcoin stuff. Is it still very active? I know the market value crashed a while ago. Is mining still profitable? With kind regards.

BTC is very active, the value seems to soar towards $19.000 yet again which is great for traders. If I were you I would forget about mining, it is not worth it and requires far too much investment and administration.

Mining bitcoin ceased to be profitable but it still has good value. I consider trading to be the best option to earn it. I saw the rates rising lately though so mining could be actual once again. The prices for hardware needed for a mining farm are still too high to safely invest in my opinion. I am thinking about saving a large amount of money and open a crypto savings account afterwards. I think I'll do this in the end as anyway you put it, cryptocurrencies are still the money of the future.

Look at the hashrate of the network. The price has just about doubled in less than two months.
