title, please help me XD, i know I'm lazy but I just always find excuses :/

What do you do with your time? You have to be doing something with your time. Do you think the problem is that you're lazy, or that you may be addicted to something that keeps you from doing the work you want to do?

Generally I find it easiest to set myself a list of goals for the day and a reward for getting them all done. Start small, get bigger over time.

Today, make yourself vacuum your room and clean dishes. Give yourself a reward for that.
Tomorrow, do 2 more things. Give another reward.
Slowly do more and more.

People say cheesy bullshit about "an object in motion stays in motion" but the basic level of that is true--someone who does more each day will train themselves to feel like they aren't doing as much. Slowly over time you'll build it up.

I just keep watching videos :D

Same here. But I found a few things that helped me stop that. PM me and we talk.
