How do I add an image to my thread

I see the picture icon, when I click it a box wanting a url is presented. I type the url of my imgur link that I wanna put in my thread and it just shows an x. Help please

Not even gonna read, gonna be the first mini mod here.

While making a thread, theres a picture image by the font and size ones. 

Click it, and paste in the link of the image.

Also, Right click the imgur image and click copy address of image, and then do it

Don't just copy the address bar link.
