How do I create a tg account without my phone number?

So, I tried 5sim already. Didnt work. I did it with 4 different numbers and they all got banned after 24 hours max. I don't really know how else I would create a tg cause I dont know any other methods. 
Can someone explain/tell me a way please?

i used 5sim and when i got banned i wrote some bullshit to the lines of
"i got banned without doing anything wrong, i think it might be the fact that i have a VoIP phone number, please unban me nigga" just make it longer and write it like u r a bitch that doesnt know much about telegram

The 1st one, also if you want an aged TG account, that too I can provide as I have a few in collection with me. An acc without PH/Removed or Aged TG account, ( you can switch the phone number as well if you wish to)
