Is their a way to get someone’s discord password from a token? Just asking this because, someone from a bot creator server claimed  it’s possible.

Nope. All you can get is their Discord ID (Snowflake), which is base64 encoded and can be located in the first field of the token string. After that, it's all mangled data that could have perfectly come from putting all of your info together, or was perhaps randomly generated.

You can't get it directly from the token, but you can try to log into the Discord account, grab the mail and the phone number, then look for data breaches.
