How do i get more sleep?

I usually get like 5-4 hours of sleep and I'm always tired someone please help [Image: feelssadman.png]

I don't drink milk normally i  drink it only when its in cacao or something  peperee

5mg of melatonin an 1 hours before bedtime, or 2.5mg every 30 minutes after 10-11pm. 
Try very short sleep during daytime, right after work or study. Or, if tired, just lie down for 30 minutes with closed eyes.
Don't drink caffeine, use any physical exercises a cold shower as a substitute.

Try to go to sleep earlier and try to nap if you have some free time during the day.
