Additional Information: I've provided the screenshots which are needed, they stopped replying after we asked for the reorder several times, and only 1 of their staff member who is named @ccain here, he used to reply us in DMS but he got fired too ( https://i.imgur.com/kgEnjwp.png ) so here I am to report them so they can't scam other people again.
