Hey! 

So I just refunded a £65 ($85 roughly) hoodie off of levi.com and this is how I did it. I did this on the UK website of Levi so it was all via email but in USA I believe there is a live chat, so that can make it easier or harder. Not sure. But I guess its the same concept for live chats.
