How to SE Logitech for free products. Hello. Today I will show you guys how you can SE logitech and actually get replacements to your reship address. In this little guide, there is basically everything i learned so far about Logitech and SE’ing.
Basics of SE’ing Logitech: - Always be serious and don’t type shit in you wouldn’t do if your product actually needed a replacement. - Be grateful and constantly say “thanks”. - Act like you don’t know shit about electronics. - Act innocent.
What you need: - Disposable phone number. (Skype or other services) - Email for your Logitech Support Account. I prefer mail.com - Reship account. I prefer Reship.com (there is a 5$ signup fee) - Logitech Support Account. - Fake name. (This name must be the same as your reship name) - Your reship address. - VPN (for privacy) I prefer HideMyAss - S/N (Serial number) for the product you want to SE. Find on nulled/ebay/youtube. - Proof of purchase. - (Image of your product with your serial number visible) not always necessary but good to have. - Photoshop & Photoshop skills. You can get PS cracked on nulled.
When you got all the items above, then you’re ready to SE yourself. I’ll just let you know, that this can be a lengthy process. Logitech support is pretty slow, and normally it takes 2-3 days in order to get the RMA (Replacement).

Last updated: 21-07-2018 How to do it: 1. Turn on your VPN to a location close to you or the region your SEing in. 2. Go to
https://support.logitech.com and create an account with fake information that matches your reship account such as name and reship address. a. Put in your disposable phone number as well. 3. Click on “Register a product” on the logitech support page.
https://support.logitech.com/register 4. Start the registration of the product. a. Put in your S/N in the “find by serial number” field, and click submit. If an image pops up in the box with the logi logo, then you know that your S/N is valid. b. Then click “continue” under the image. c. In the “Where purchased” you put in the place where you have a receipt for. If Amazon, then put in the entire Amazon domain for example “Amazon.co.uk” or “Amazon.com”. d. For the Date purchased i just put in the date that it was one week earlier from now. For example if its the 21 July 2018 today, then i put in the 14 July 2018. e. “Upload receipt”. If you used Amazon then you should upload your Amazon invoice and NOT your order summary. Please see Figure 1
. If you do not use Amazon for the place you purchased the item, then just make sure you upload something that proves your purchase. f. Click register. Now you have registered your product. 5. Now it's time to file a warranty claim. a. Go to
http://www.support.logitech.com click “contact us” in the menu. Then scroll down until you see “WARRANTY”. Please see Figure 2
. b. Then choose the product you want to SE in the list of your registered products. Please see figure 3. c. Now its time to be creative. Choose “Connection issues” since that works the best. Then make up reason why the product doesn’t work. I use “bla bla bla it might be a connection issue”. Please see figure 4.

Last updated: 21-07-2018 d. Click continue and scroll to the bottom of the new page. Then click “I still need help”. Please see figure 5
. e. Now fill in all the fields with the correct information. Make sure you fill in your reship address and not your real address. You don’t have to upload image of product problem, since you picked “connection issue” and that is not really visible. Please see figure 6. f. Make sure you have a long detailed reason to why your product doesn’t work. You must be serious in this process. g. Then click “Send Email” and your done with the website for now. 6. Now it's time to use your disposal phone number. Call the customer support for your region. a. They will be asking you information about your address, name and phone number. Make sure you have this information ready so you don't sound like a fool. b. They will also ask if you already tried to contact them, and yes you did by making a warranty claim. They will ask for the case number. You can find the case number under “My support history”. Please see figure 7. c. Act all innocent and like a tech-noob. They will try to guide you through different troubleshooting protocols that they have. Just pretend that you’re doing all the stuff they are telling you to do. d. When you’re done with the troubleshooting, the support will redirect your case to the RMA apartment where they will check your case for fraud. From now on it will either be super easy or super hard. 7. Have your email ready 24/7. Since you will now receive emails from logitech. a. Logitech will email you some more troubleshooting steps if they find it necessary. Just reply to the email that you have tried everything and it still doesn’t work. See figure 8 for a Logitech email example. b. The next email will either be super sad or super awesome. You can either receive an email saying that they are ready to send a replacement, and that they will just confirm that the information is correct and all that.

You can also receive an email telling you to provide more information and prove to that you’re the owner of this product. In my case they asked for “A picture of the serial number with a handwritten note of the case number 07103442” and “Copy of the proof of purchase”. See Figure 10. If you can find someone that sells an image of your item with a visible S/N, then you can use that and photoshop in your own S/N. If that is possible, then you have a 95% chance of a replacement. If that is not possible, then you can “misunderstand” the email and instead take an image of the entire box with the note. See figure 9 for my photoshopped image
. This is not a 95% chance of replacement, but more 50% chance of replacement. In this case you just gotta hope for a lazy support. For the “Copy of the proof of purchase”, if you’re using Amazon then once again upload your invoice and NOT summary. See figure 1
. If you’re using another company’s receipt them make sure that all the information is correct. 8. If everything gets accepted, then you will receive another email telling you that your replacement have been sent. You succeeded with your Logitech SE! 9. Now you just gotta wait for the reship to receive your package, and then you keep it for 30 days and sell it to someone on ebay or just send it to your own address. 10. Now repeat the process 3-4 times on each Logitech account. :)
