How to become better League of Legends gamer?

Hello!
I started playing League of Legends a few months ago and I stuck in silver :( I would like to play better but I don't know how to improve. I've read a lot of articles with guides, watched a lot of youtube and twitch pro gamers, I even took League of Legends Coaching, and still, I can't get higher :( I am so baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad 

Do you have any tips for me? what're your best practices?

If you want to get out of silver the best thing you can do is mastering one single role and 1-2 champs. For example I started by mastering jungle and by only using Vi i went from Silver 4 to Gold 1 in around one week. Obviously you need to understand how the game works, how to rotate, understand that objectives > kills, don't chase endlessly, farm as much as you can, etc.
