@KSZ my idea on how to do it instead :

Every mod should vote like this : 
Top 3 ( order doesn't matter ) : Sango , Tango , Bango   :  +3 points for each of them
I would also like : Rango , Lango :  +2 points for each of them
I would also not be mad with : Mango : +1 point
I would not really like this guy : Zango :  -1 point

On the last 3 lines you can add up to 3 people I think idk

Count by points and make a decision , if there are only people with 10 points in top 10 , then do this again until you have what u want
How is it so hard to make a decision, not complicated at all
