(Saying that for educational reasons so you can understand the security behind the PayPal, but unfortunately some mail services have low access security and is still possible like that a lot of blackhat hackers using the documents for identification (that probably can be found easy from the email) in services that you can buy BTC with those payments (PayPal, Visa) and register them and after just verify their documents and buying crypto and sending them into their temp wallets) That kind of methods is illegal and nobody should try this i just wrote some information about what is happening.
