How to create a Telegram account without using personal number?

So I am trying to create a few Telegram alt accounts but need a number to verify on desktop.

I've tried looking up some solutions online but even paid sms verification services haven't worked for me .

If anybody knows a method or a vendor that can verify or sells Telegram accounts I'd appreciate if you can share them.
