I actually stumbled across this method while booking a hotel room legit. PLEASE LIKE THIS POST I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

So hotels.com has this rewards program that rewards you a free night every 10 times you book through the website. The method is as follows:

1. Create an account with Hotels.com
2. Book a stay at a hotel that allows you to pay at the hotel. Obviously you wont be showing up. You can filter this through the website or mobile app. Do 3-4 nights for maximum efficiency.
3. Do step number 2 for different hotels until you reach 10 nights cumulative. Do these for the same nights of your initial hotel booking.
4. Wait until a day or two after the hotel nights expire, and you will have a free night available to stay at a hotel of your choosing.

They don't actually wait to confirm your occupancy to give you the rewards nights. they give them to you 1-2 days after your stay.

Some tips: Choose mid range hotels, costing from $150-250 for best results. The reward value of your free stay is the average of the hotel nights that you have booked.
Furthermore, hotels are slow to update occupancy details to the website, so try and use your free night as soon as possible.
Also, use a fake name for your hotel bookings. You don't need to provide any identification.
