I'm a spanish who has discoveres this website today. I love it! 
But i've seen a message saying that leeching will get my account banned permanently and I don't want so to happen. 

So what should I do? 
How can I help?

I don't speak Spanish sorry, but one this is the wrong category to post in, and two "leeching" is forums defined word which can mean; You are posting with no/very little effort on post(s) that contain hidden content, such as, leaks, etc. An example of this would be posting "Nice" on a thread that contains hidden content.

And that's just a warning for users, everyone sees that when they have recently made their account.
