I'm wondering how i can login to someones account without being blocked bcs of an ip change. Most websites check your ip these days and lock your account when you try to login from a different netword or ip adress, any way to fix this?

yes use a clean ip. 911, or strong connection. Match the zip, or get as close to zip as you can

whats the zip? and whats the diff between clean ip and a not clean one? and does this matter when using vpn or will it just never work using vpn?

It just depends on the site.  Some keep track of malicious IP addresses and others don't.  I see more sites that use a model of "known locations" though, where if there is a login from a new IP address it will trigger a verification email. Malicious IP's are normally banned after x number of invalid sign-in attempts and are not associated with a specific account.  The "known locations" model can vary...where some might keep track of the IP address and others look at geographical location.  zip = zip code

If the site uses session cookies you can export the cookies and re-import using a plugin like "edit this cookie" or "cookie editor".  This is known as a "pass-the-cookie" attack.  Most of the time any IP address validation is only performed during login authentication, so re-using the session will bypass that whole process.

So like cookie logins work without having problems with any verification emails? Thanks for the explaination btw it really helped me out.
